Norma Jeane

Norma Jeane is the alias of an artist who does not wish to be identified and whose works have been featured in international museums, biennials and public art events. Their life work stands out for its reflection on human identity and the relationship between human being, environment, and technology.

The collaboration between Tinti Calling and Norma stems from the desire to plan a large-scale anthological exhibition, which will offer an overview of their artistic path, highlighting the coherence and depth of their research also through the publication of a monograph with critical texts. At the same time, Tinti Calling is supporting the artist’s wish to make Norma’s work known to an even wider audience and the requirement to make its development economically sustainable, in order to expand it.

“Antibodies,” Norma’s newest project, will be held at the Schirn Kunsthalle in Frankfurt at the end of March 2025. This is part of a new series of works with which the artist intends to offer new keys to interpreting the Human in a perpetually evolving context, opposed to the representation of an eternal present.
