Paola Tinti

I am a business strategist with Italian British heritage.

With over three decades of international experience, offering a unique multicultural and innovative approach to business development. My journey began in Milan, where I earned a Postgraduate Master’s Degree in Political Sciences from the University of Milan, and led to Oxford, where I completed a Doctorate (DPhil) in Oriental Studies at the University of Oxford.

Throughout my career, I have held strategic roles across diverse sectors.

I have successfully transformed the development ambitions of leading institutions into strategic successes, including Henley Business School, Encephalitis International, The Oxford Centre for Buddhist Studies, and The Fragile Palm Leaves Project. I was instrumental in establishing Hedge Fund Intelligence (London), a world-leading financial sector organization now part of Pageant Media and later served on the Board of MondoHedge (Italy), a business providing intelligence and financial information on alternative investments. My strategic thinking was further honed during a six-year period sailing across the Atlantic and South America, where I managed navigation, systems, and coordinated with international authorities.

While pursuing an independent academic role at several prestigious institutions, including the University of Oxford,

King’s College London, Roehampton Institute London, and Dhaka University (Bangladesh), I have authored numerous articles and delivered lectures across diverse fields. From Indian art and culture (Journal of Bengal Art, Journal of The Oxford Centre for Buddhist Studies, The Oxford Dictionary of Buddhism) to finance and economics (Financial News, Rich Thinking, Money, Il Sole 24 Ore) and navigation (Yachting Monthly).

What distinguishes my approach is the ability to energize projects with genuine enthusiasm while maintaining strategic focus.

I transform creative visions into tangible success through decisive action and innovative thinking, identifying unique connections and opportunities that others might overlook. My extensive global experience and networks enable me to offer truly unique insights for individuals and businesses, seeking to expand their reach or deliver specific projects.

I specialize in helping both emerging and established individuals navigate global markets while preserving their authentic voice.

My commitment to continuous learning ensures that I stay ahead of industry trends, maintaining relevance and sustainability in all endeavours.

I believe that provocative creativity and commercial success can coexist and thrive together.

Through personalized consulting and management services, I transform ambitions into reality, creating pathways for sustainable growth while ensuring your vision remains at the core of every business decision.

My philosophy goes beyond planning – I activate!
